Originally Beau was hired as the HVAC contractor at 2701 Girard Avenue. An incredibly complex structure with vast spaces to heat and cool Beau went above and beyond to ensure it was done properly.  It took a couple of years for us to get busy enough to hire a project manager but once we were ready we knew we wanted Beau for his calm demeanor, engineers brain, and ability to GSD.
